The two bedrooms are stylish and modern. The double room has plenty of wardrobe space with large French-windows that lead out onto the sunny balcony. The 2nd bedroom comprises of two single beds and wardrobe, again with large French-windows leading to the balcony. Summary: Delia was lovely to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions that I had. The flat is in a very secure building in an nice neighbourhood which is just up the hill from the ocean. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and gelaterias close by and only a 15 minute walk to Old Town Nice. The unit sleeps 5 people comfortably if you use the pull out sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twins that can be separated. The beds were very comfortable with clean linens. Lastly, it is a block away from the Alsace Lorraine tram station which makes it even easier to get around. 1.5 euro per person will get you from the airport to the flat. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are planning on visiting Nice.

Summary: Located on the Avenue of the Flowers in Nice France this apartment is in a wonderful location two bedroom kitchen two bathrooms it was absolutely perfect for a family of four. A 10 minute walk to the beach plenty of stores around to stock the refrigerator for meals in the apartment and any other type of necessities you might need. 15 minute walk to old town which was incredible and the open air flower market. Very easy to get around everywhere from this location. I highly recommend it.
