Summary: We stayed for 12 nights in his excellent apartment conveniently located only two blocks away from Promenade de Anglais fairly close to the Negresco Hotel and we highly recommend it. The living room has good air conditioning with cool air spreading to the other rooms as well. The hostess was very friendly and forthcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed.
