Gorgeous!! Great Location!!
Recently renovated with beautiful maple floors, cherry cabinetry and granite counter tops. High end appliances, easy cooking inside and out. Laundry is located in basement. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. A charming deck is located just off the living room and is the perfect spot to open a book. Set on two acres abutting a 12 acre field in conservation, the yard is large with wonderful flower gardens. Private location, you can't see or hear the neighbors. Superb workmanship throughout. The ambiance is warm with many attractive touches. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. Big Jacuzzi in the master bath. Entire home is flooded with sunlight. Excellent location, 1.5 mi from town center and general store. Half a mile to Sepiessa public pond frontage. Swimming, hiking, boat launch, walking and bike trails. Access to West Tisbury town beaches. Located mid island, close to all towns and activities. The owner, Jackie, is very friendly. She lives quietly in an attached apartment, however, peace and privacy is much assured. Quiet, well trained, hypoallergenic dogs could be considered.

Summary: Upon arrival you know it is going to be quiet and peaceful! I spent some time just sitting in the back watching the birds - it was exactly what I needed. The location was close enough to get to everything within 30 min and yet far enough for complete relaxation.

Summary: House was very quiet and clean; kitchen was well stocked and bedroom linens were clean. All in all, a pretty good deal for a summer stay on the Vineyard.

Summary: The setting is lovely and the house has much to recommend it. Contrary to the experience of others, however, there were significant privacy violations during our stay. Hopefully, this was an anomaly.

Summary: This is a lovely home with everything you need for a comfortable stay for 3-4 people. I especially loved the large deck for cooking and enjoying the sunshine. The property is near to beautiful conservation land where you can walk or put a kayak in-- you can walk to MV land banks' Short Cove and Sepiessa Point is .5 away. Jackie was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Summary: This was the cleanest, most completely appointed home I have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. The yard is gorgeous. We were surrounded by woods and it was very quiet. Nothing was more than 20 minutes away.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Jackie's place! The location of the house is perfect--close to beautiful trails and beaches, West Tisbury famers market and up island adventures, but also not far from Edgartown. The upstairs (where bedrooms are located) is cozy, so definitely share the space with people you are 100% comfortable with. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the outdoor shower and back deck. Check in/check out was simple and easy.
