Positive: I like that the unit was on the beach but not in the middle of the busy tourist section. Trolley stop is less than a block away; food options are within a few minutes. The unit is 2 minutes away from a playground and 5 minutes from another one. The National Seashore is within 10 minutes with several places to shop, eat, play or have access to the beach between. The Property Management Office maintained enough contact to ensure we didn't need anything but not too much to be intrusive.

Negative: The neighbors in the building are very loud late at night.

Summary: Clean, compact apartment. Perfect for a couple or small family.

Positive: Great location for our beach brawl competition. Very clean and spacious

Negative: The sofa bed was not a pull out couch like we were thinking it would be. It was just a giant couch and awkward/hard for our tall friends to sleep on together. I would recommend bringing a blow up mattress

Summary: Owners were fantastic and very responsive. We would stay again.
