**PLEASE NOTE: During the timeframe of June 7, 2025 through June 14, 2025 there will be The 2nd Baptist Students Church Group staying at the resort. This is a large group that has come for many years.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Summary: Weather was wonderful. Condo was lovely but lacked client closet space. Ice maker didn’t work & the balcony doors locks didn’t work. Not a worry as we were on the 9th floor but the owner will have issues in a heavy storm or hurricane. Unit had everything need for a beach stay . Bed was very comfortable.

Summary: Loved the cozy feel of this home. Sofas were comfy for curling up after a long day on the beach. Mattress was a little hard for my liking and the ice maker didn’t seem to work but overall I loved this property. Would rent again and recommend to friends and family.

Summary: The view was wonderful. Very clean unit. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels, soap. The only negative is the smaller bedroom does not cool like the rest of the condo. They do have a nice big fan that helps. We had to keep the bedroom door open to stay cool. We also had to keep the bedroom curtains(curtains not insulated which would help) shut due to the heat coming from the windows and glass door. We did not use the door to balcony because we would loose cool air just by opening the door. It is July so I am sure other times of the year are not to hot. I was sad we could not keep curtains open in the bedroom because the view was beautiful!
