Summary: The condo at Portofino was very nice. The only thing I could say was that the door to the patio did not open from the guest bedroom. It was stuck or broken. Also, one or two tiles are loose in the kitchen are loose which could become a problem in the future. Other than that everything was great and I would rerun

Summary: I had booked a Vacasa property once before (4 yrs ago) and it was a disaster. The place was like a run down motel 6 and decor from the 70s. I thought I’d give them another chance based on other reviews of this property. We have stayed in other condos in Portofino resort and enjoyed our stay. The resort is perfect for us because of its amenities and semi-secluded beach. This unit was literally aplace to sleep. The master bed linenes smelled like mildew and upon flipping over a pillow there was mold and mildew. The bar stools seat cushions were not secured to the bar stool and my when my 15 yr old went to get Down from the bar stool she fell as the whole cushion came off. Again all 3 barstools were like this. There were a few unpainted dry wall patchwork in the bedrooms and bathroom. Master shower door was off the hinder and would not close. Guest bedroom bathroom lights out. Hole in one of the floor tile, kitchen tiles missing grout and loose. Carpet in bedrooms severely stained and couch stained and very worn texture pills. I called vacasa and was told a ticket was created and someone would call me to address the issues, noone ever called me. This was the last time I will rent a property by Vacasa. Clearly they do not vete their properties, if they do, they look for bare minimal. If you just need a kitchen and a place to sleep and couldn’t care less about cleanliness and comfort then this place will be fine. There There were The un

Summary: The condo had everything we needed, (they had extra towels and wash clothes which when you have 6 people it helps a lot) which I liked. The beds were very comfortable. Would recommend staying here. The walk to the beach was close and the views were amazing.

Summary: The location of this unit is fantastic - beach, bay, pool or spa... all within minutes! The staff at the resort were so welcoming. Check in was simple, parking provided and plenty of amenities to keep us busy. The unit itself could use some updates, but provided a good home base for our busy days. Balcony is a huge plus!

Summary: Enjoyed our 5 night stay despite the rain 4 of the days! Condo is beautiful and had everything needed to prepare meals etc. Parking spot was very convenient too! Hope to book again in the future!
