* The outdoor offers a private swimming pool 8m x 4m, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a lounge corner in front of the living room, a summer kitchen with TV, a barbecue, a dining table for 8, and a toilet. A playground for your youngest with a slide. Surrounded by nature and Mediterranean plants give you a nice environment in calming green colors.
* The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining room with pool views, a TV with SAT and NETFLIX, A/C, free WiFi, fireplace, and a glass door toward the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with an island, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, and kettle. A Bedroom No1 with double bed 160cm x 200cm with pool view and exit the terrace. Summary: Amazing location, Intelligent shade design allows shade at any time of the day, Summer Kitchen rather hot in summer but certainly amazing in autumn/spring.

Summary: Small supermarket and pizzeria nearby. Don’t miss the Konoba Palacio (5min drive by car), which is a really good restaurant. Also Soparnik to go (3min by car) is very delicious. The house is very modern with a beautiful interior. It is great that there is an „outside“ kitchen with a toilet - so no need to get into the house while chilling at the pool. The host Zeljana is outstanding - she is very nice and helpful, always there for you when there are any problems. House is equipped with everything you need. We did not miss anything while cooking. We asked a masseuse to come by (recommended by Zeljana) and she was really great. All in all we had a great time with our family!

Summary: We (four people) spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Zen in August/September 2023. `Zeljana, our host, welcomed us at arrival and explained everything and gave us useful tips for the area. The house is beautiful like on the pictures, has plenty of space and was very comfortable. The separate small building by the pool was nice for evenig barbecues. The village Tugare ist small, quiet and well laid out. There´s a pizzeria and a supermarket in walking distance.`Zeljana responded quickly to requests and was always very helpful. We had a great vacation. Highly recommended!

Summary: we had a great time here, host and hostess were very friendly and were 24/7 available for any problems we may have encountered (we didn’t luckly) 100% recommend for anyone looking for a stressfree experience. only thing i could think of is that the driveway was a bit difficult to get up to, but once you done it a couple of times it is more than do-able.
