Villa Roko is a brand new and modern villa that perfectly fits families and friends for a relaxing holiday in unspoiled surroundings. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 very comfortable bedrooms with amazing nature views. The location offers absolute privacy in a quiet environment with open views of the valley and hills, with Mediterranean plants in the small village of Tugare. This villa provides a nice getaway from city life. Only 2 km from the minimarket, 3 km to the local restaurant, and 10km from sandy beaches in Omiš, Cetina river with many activities (rafting, zip-line..), and a 20-minute drive to the center of the famous town Split with its great historic attractions.
Nicely organized interior (160sqm) on a private plot of 950 sqm offers comfortable 4 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, free WiFi, PS4, fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas, living room with TV, and outdoor dining area with the traditional barbecue, table soccer for fun and huge grassplot with trampoline, badminton net, wooden playhouse with a slide, a fun zone for your youngest.
The interior is furnished with high-quality, nicely decorated, with carefully selected details, and all a modern guest might need for a very comfortable stay.

Summary: This villa is just perfect. It is one of the nicest, and best kept, places we have ever stayed. It is spotlessly clean with everything one could possibly wish for. It is very well equipped for couples and children with plenty of garden and indoor games available. The hosts are very friendly and available if required.
