Summary: we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. We had everything we needed and would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a slice of real Italy away from crowds and the usual Tourist spots.Fantastic views and a stunning location.

Summary: The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return.

Summary: We stayed here in September 2019 for our 1 year anniversary. It exceeded our expectations. The photos online do not do it justice. It is a lovingly renovated spacious stone cottage full of character and interest set into the side of a hill with breathtaking views of the valley and mountains surrounding it. The pool is bigger than the photos suggest and the surrouding terrace was the perfect place to unwind, relax and take in the magnificent scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. We had one of the best meals of our trip to Italy in a restaurant about two kilometres on the way down from the property called Le Casaline, wonderful cuisine and impeccable service.. Also, chanced upon a wine shop/bar serving food in the village called Vincanta Enobottega where we had a delicious platter of antipasti, breads and cheeses. A tip - a few words of italian will be helpful to you as the lovely gentleman who checked us into the property did not have any english.
