Villa Giovanna is conveniently located within easy reach of major highways and other routes to Naples and Caserta, both equidistant from the villa.

Besides it architectural beauty, Naples is the home of two impressive Castles (Castel dell’ovo and Maschio Angioino) and the folklore attached to them. Caserta’s Bourton Royal Palace is a miniature of the famous Palace of Sun King at Versailles. The location of Villa Giovanna allows quick access to Historic Pompeii and Herculaneum, both a must see.
In the same general area we suggest visiting the city of Pozzuolii and Capua with their Amphitheaters, museums and important excavation..
We have not mentioned yet a visit to the islands of Ischia and Capri … loved by everyone who visits them. Other interesting sites to visit is the Sansevero Chapel Museum where you will find the famous masterpiece, the life size “Veiled Christ”, renowned for the tissue-like quality of the marble it was carved from/ (Giuseppe Sanmartino in 1753). Summary: Tony and Vincenzo are great hosts, they have been very helpful and have made us feel very welcome. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped, and it is a pleasure to relax in the garden and pool. The location is perfect to visit places like Napoli, Procida/Ischia and Caserta.

Summary: We had a very nice stay at Vincenzo’s place. Super clean and everything you need is available.Both hosts speak English very well, Vincenzo’s son Tony is a basically a local tourguide, he knows a lot about local sightseeings, shops and places to go.Keep it up guys!!

Summary: Lovely pool nice open space inside needs up dating and quite a lot of maintenance door locks were tricky and ac in main area was poor 2nd shower was tiny so no adult would fit kitchen cupboards wete loose and in need of repair switches fell off walls very overlooked by neighbours also

Summary: Tony and Vincenzo are excellent hosts and support in any questions and have many tips ready to spend a nice vacation. The relaxation begins when the gate opens to the house. The house as well as the garden incl. pool is very well maintained. There is everything you need to relax. The surroundings are not the most beautiful, but the property makes up for it. From here you can make very good trips to eg The Amalfi Coast, Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii, etc.. We enjoyed the time very much. Thank you for the very nice time.

Summary: We had a great week in August in the villa with our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) thanks to Vincenzo and Toni. We were looking for a holiday to alter visits of interesting places with some rest near the pool: the villa is perfect for this purpose! We were warmely welcomed by Toni and VIncenzo the day of our arrival: Toni is very fluent in French and Vincenzo speaks English very well and they gave us a tour of the house and garden.The house itself is very big and has all modern comfort (airco, big refridgerator, large bedrooms, 2 badrooms,....). The garden and pool are just lovely and super well maintained. We also loved the covered terrace to give us some shade during the hot days. The location is perfect to visit Naples, Vesuvius, Hercolaneum, Pompei, the Amalfi coast etcetera. The very great thing about the hosts is that we could count on them when we had a problem with our rental car for which we needed assistance from the (only italian speaking) police: Toni even took the time to go to the police office with us. We had a great holiday, thanks to VIncenzo and Toni! I clearly recommend the villa and the hosts.

Summary: Tony and his father Vincenzo are the best and most friendly hosts. The house is beautiful with a nice pool and outdoor areas are perfect with barbecue and both sun loungers as well as dining area in the shade. There are many beautiful things in the area, but it is necessary to have a car to get around. The area right by the house is not the nicest so we did not go for walks. But when you have a car it is very nice, there is a fine supermarket and the beach is good. We spent most of the time by the pool and really felt it was a little oasis. Thanks again to Tony and Vincenzo for 10 perfect days in your house:-)

Summary: Very good communication before and during stay. The owner met us at the property on arrival and delivered a very concise brief of the property and surrounding area. He also came in most days to service the swimming pool etc. The property is ideally located, only a 20 minute drive into Naples. Would deffinately recommend it to friends etc.
