Set in beautiful landscaped gardens with a very private 10 x 5m pool and barbecue, the villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Villa is located approx. 40 minutes from Ercan Airport or 1 Hour 20 minutes from Larnaca International Airport. Flights from most UK airports via Istanbul to Ercan (1 hour stopover minimum, generally) Airport pick up & car hire can be arranged if required

There are local supermarkets only a short car distance away. The beaches run right along the coast road ,with local buses stopping all the time at the main road which is 15 minutes drive. A car may be advisable. In Kyrenia there is a splendid Venetian harbour, around which are many restaurants and bars. It is said to be the prettiest harbour in the Mediterranean.

Summary: A really secluded Villa with very few neighbours, only one directly next door but still you didn’t feel overlooked. For us it was perfect, peaceful, in the middle of no where yet within 25mins you were by shops. Just what we needed for s complete chill. The pool was lovely, the views were fabulous and the villa had everything that we needed. The hosts of the villa were so kind and offered complete support, of we needed them they were there, I can’t recommend enough, if you want a complete break away from the noise of real life this is the place to go. Thank you 🙏 a wonderful break an d we on,y wish we were back there!

Summary: this was our first time to Norty Cyprus and we absolutely loved it. Villa:- Amazing, we’ve stayed in numerous villas over the years and this is far by the best, spacious rooms, lots of seating areas and the pool is to die for, you have an allowance for electricity and are advised to go easy on the air-con, we very rarely used this as you get a lovely breeze due to the location of the villa. Service:- We were met by Jacqui and Barry who answered all our questions promptly, we had an issue with a tap in the pool area (minor) and emailed Jacqui and we got an immediate response and was fixed within the hour, also any questions about anything are answered promptly, very impressive. Location:- Very peaceful location and a car is a must, takes about 25 mins by car to get to lapta where there are some nice bars and restaurants, food is cheap, we were planning on a few bbq at the villa but it is cheaper to eat out!!. For food I would recommend wild duck for breakfast and I liked calimari and green lotus. In terms of beaches we found the escape beach was best, cost 30 lira to get in per adult but beds are free and waiter service for drinks and food, loads of free beaches but escape has water sports, a great inflatable course for kids (and adults). Kyrenia is well with a visit especially if you like shopping and a walk around the marina and castle. We are already looking to book next years holiday to North Cyprus as we were that impressed. Service villabook provided was perfect, thanks for having us and making things easy and enjoyable.

This is an ideal position for a relaxing holiday, as Kyrenia is the only built up area within reasonable travel distance. Summary: Not close to amenities but great if you want slightly out of the way villa with a secluded pool. Shabby but this adds to the charm. Car is a necessity. Will return as we liked the privacy

Summary: We spent a week in this wonderful villa, and enjoyed every moment. the view is just spectacular, the house is very comfi and the best thing without a doubt - the pool, large, clean and with it's breath-taking view. the location of the house is ideal, easy to reach but also quite and intimate. one of the best holidays we've had in many years!

Summary: A wonderful villa and stunning pool with sea views. Air conditioning proved fantastic because the heat was so intense! A short drive to rocky beaches ( 5 mins ) and longer for the sandy ones nearer to Kyrenia. A great place for a family holiday.

Summary: We have stayed at this beautiful villa with friends in may 2013 .I consider it one of the best holidays we have had in years.The house was big [especially the rooms] clean and well equipped.The view from the villa-sea and mountais-was breathtaking.The management-a couple living nearby-were very nice and helpful.The area of kayalar is, to my opinion,the most beautiful I've seen on the island.We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely come back.
