Summary: The apartment is elegant, tastefully appointed & comfortable. The location is close to all of the necessary amenities needed while on vacation. The views from the terrace & the upper bedroom are stunning. The twinkling lights of the Riviera at night are a delight. The warmth of the unit by sophisticated use of color was much appreciated & enjoyed. This an apartment for the discerning lover of art & beauty.

Summary: A beautiful two story unit with a huge deck! Very conveniently located to the beach, train station and tram. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Great property! Terrace is lovely and as pictured. Everything you need and 20 min walk to Old Town. Quiet area. Close to beach. Met us at property and explained everything. Would definately recommend and go back.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone, the flat was spotless and morning coffee/ evening drinks on the veranda was amazing. We would love to go back!

Summary: We were 2 couples visiting Nice and environs. Location central to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Spacious and clean. Wonderful balconies. Would happily return.

Summary: The apartment is centrally located in walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais with the famous Negresco hotel, super markets/ small shops, and restaurants/ cafes. Everything was perfectly arranged, very clean and the communication to receive keys and instructions went very smooth. The roof terrace with fantastic views around the city is fabulous and you will find all you need in the apartment (also quiet at night for a good night sleep). Thank you for the wonderful place to stay making our Nizza trip a perfect experience! Info for Segolene: we watered the plants on the terrace and balcony and you should ask if people could kindly do so. They are important for the nice ambience and it would look sad not to have them on the terrace.

Summary: This apartment is charming and well-located—close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants on the Rue de France. For those who do not want to brave the crowds at mealtimes, the kitchen is small but fully equipped to make full meals. We took our meals on the terrace that is as large as it seems in the picture. There once again two lounge chairs thanks to Segolene. She was amazing as described in the other reviews and arranged for a cot to be put in the upper bedroom so that we could have three beds. Highly recommended.

Summary: This is a lovely apartment with a magical terrace and nice views. Our stay, however, was ruined by an incredibly noisy construction site right below us. Drills jackhammers you name it - terrible. Property manager let us out early. Hate to say a bad thing but make sure you ask about the construction noise before you book.
