Summary: The host was helpful with coordinating late check-in as we arrived after midnight. Apartment was easy to find. Some amenities had minor issues but nothing to be concerned about if you're looking for a convenient place to stay in Nice. 25 minutes by train from Monaco and Cannes. Would recommend!
