Summary: Just had the most wonderful week in Svetvincenat-the villa is superb and the owner, Igor, was very friendly and helpful. The villa was spotless, very modern with some lovely features, great colour changing lights which our daughters loved! We found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the lovely pool and house but there is a lot to see and do within a half hour drive if you are looking for a bit more to do. The barbecue, outdoor hob and sink make al fresco dining easy and the house has everything you need. We would highly recommend the villa and hope to return for another holiday soon. Thanks Igor.

Summary: A beautiful, peaceful property set in the countryside just outside the village of Svetvincenat. Central location on Istrian peninsula enabling easy access to both east and west coasts. The villa is well-equipped and the outside pool and sun deck are lovely. There is a separate BBQ and external eating area as well for hot nights outside. A really lovely property. The owners, Igor and Sanja couldn't have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Lindsay & Andy

Summary: Wonderfoll House, charmant interor, Designed with Love, sleeping Rooms so that no One is disturbed by another one, each with bathroom beside. Nice outdoor kitchen and place to eat there. A Great Place to sit in shadow and the wonderful Pool. Very friendly owner, to reach every Time by phonecall Nice präsent to say good Byte.
