Summary: We stayed for only 3 nights at this villa and wish it could have been longer. It was newly built and very spacious with plenty of seating indoor and outdoor for larger groups. The pool was where we spent the most time. The neighborhood is very secluded, grocery is 20 minute drive and downtown Pula 20-25 min drive. The villa is managed by a property management company that meets you for checkin where they have you sign a contract and pay a cash deposit, which I found unusual for a vrbo property and for checkout they meet you for a full walkthrough to check for damage then return your deposit and lock the door behind you. The girl that met us was very nice and following protocol, but I personally felt this wasn’t what I was looking for from vrb*o* (*by owner). They also told me to book directly next time for a discount to cut out vrbo…fyi to vrbo if you care about this. But I prefer this booking platform for a more 1:1 personal interaction. Still gave property 5 stars.
