The villa exceeded our expectations—beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to Fatima and Lino, who were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. The thoughtful welcome gift basket was a lovely touch and a great introduction to the hospitality we experienced during our stay. The location is fantastic, with the famous natural pools of Porto Moniz just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy one of Madeira's most beautiful attractions whenever we wanted. We truly loved our time here and would not hesitate to stay again on a future visit to Madeira. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay in Porto Moniz!

Positive: Location was great! Quiet cul de sac, easy walk to anything in town, huge, spacious, well stocked villa with everything you need. Easy check in and check out. Great communication from owners too!
Negative: Microfiber sheets. Embroidered cotton pillowcases were lovely, but the microfiber sheets were not. They don’t breath and make for hot sleep. Beds were quite firm and we all woke up stiff. I understand that’s preferable for some, but it kept me from rating villa a 10.

Positive: Villa Serenity was a great find. It's a little uphill walk from PM centre but worth the effort. The villa is spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. Our stay over Christmas/New Year 25/26 coincided with stormy wet and colder than normal weather which curtailed outdoor activities a little. However, the villa is big and comfortable with heaters and extra blankets provided which meant we were always cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped for any self-catering needs. Our second stay in PM, it's a lovely location with lots of options for day trips using public transport OR taxi if you don't have your own transport.
Negative: Nothing at all.
Summary: Superb, comfortable property with attentive and responsive hosts.

Positive: The villa was amazing; we absolutely loved our stay there. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities—you could tell that the hosts had thought of every little detail, because nothing was missing. We even received a welcome gift of Madeira wine and delicious cookies upon arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we went to Porto Moniz. We felt very welcome.
Negative: We stayed at the beginning of October and noticed a few small, black millipede-like worms crawling inside, but these are found in many places in Madeira. Since it was our first time encountering them, we couldn't figure out what they were. Overall, they didn't bother our stay at all, as they are harmless and are likely to be found in other places too.
