Summary: The hotel is located in a very old building, and unfortunately the rooms feel quite humid. The breakfast is very basic with limited options. Another downside is the poor soundproofing — you can hear everything happening in the hallways and nearby rooms.

Summary: Truly the most charming place in the most ideal location. We stayed in room 1, which had an ocean view out the bathroom window and a mountain view from bed. Breakfast was fantastic each day and everything was so clean.

Summary: Easy parking at the back, which is rare in seixal. The black beach is 5min walk! Nice room and house, very quiet neighborhood. I slept windows open to hear the waves! The breakfast is very basic.
