New on the rental market. Completely renovated in summer 2019. Spacious villa with private swimming pool and spectacular views to the mountains and the countryside.
Skillfully and tastefully updated to a high specification by the present owners this modern, contemporary Villa includes air conditioning / heating units in all bedrooms, solar water heating, PVC double glazed windows, fitted wardrobes etc. Situated to the eastern side of Nerja, within walking distance to town and just 700 metres above the main beach, Burriana with its many bars and restaurants. In addition there are a few restaurants nearby and two large supermarkets within 500 metres and the local bus service has a stop within 200 metres. Commanding lovely views over the mountains, the private pool provides a refreshing oasis to cool off in, ideal for all the family! Whilst the surrounding terraced area presents ten sun loungers for soaking up the sun. Size of private swimming pool: 9 by 4 meters and depth one meter. Inside the accommodation is arranged over three floors, and at entrance level you will find a spacious open plan living area including a fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer, washing machine, oven and hob, micro-wave and large fridge-freezer. The formal dining area seats 10 and leads out to an outdoor patio with another dining area, again for 10 people. Upstairs is dedicated to the master suite with air con, a shower room and large private terrace. Downstairs from the main living area you will find a further 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower facilities and both with patio doors out onto the terrace facing the pool. To sum up, this property is luxurious, very spacious and beautifully situated. Pure enjoyment on the Costa del Sol Completely renovated in summer 2019.

Summary: We had a lovely stay! Villa is even better than pictured and so close to the beach and supermarket. Everything was clean and Debby was great, she sorted out our transfer to and from the airport which was much appreciated. The supermarket is only an 8 min walk away. The beach is 10 mins, there is a big hill to get back up so you should bear this in mind. We would 1000% stay here again.

Summary: This is a big villa with everything you could possibly want, it big enough to give each other space but homely enough to enjoy fun times. Pool is lovely with plenty of beds and shaded areas. It is on a very steep hill but the walk down was ok and taxi back was not a problem Thank you Debby for a great holiday

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is large, facilities are very good and it is spacious in a nice area. The pool area is particularly nice with under cover areas for easy shade in very hot weather. Lots of space for sitting by the pool and lots of sun beds with great views of the surrounding countryside. We hired a car and found that really useful for getting into the centre of Nerja (very large central car park although it is not free) and back from the beach (easy to walk down but the walk back is steep and the most direct path not well lit). Excellent supermarket is very close to the villa. Nerja was beautiful, busy as expected in July but with real charm, an interesting coastline and a great atmosphere. We combined this stay with Malaga which has many great galleries and further sightseeing opportunities. Together they made a fabulous holiday.

Summary: Excellent property absolutely everything you would need is there for you the pool is a really good size and the whole area is clean with plenty of sun beds for everyone. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious. We had a fabulous stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Debbie is really nice and arranged our taxi to and from the airport and she met us at the property to explain everything to us. We did not want to come home Excellent place.

Summary: Just had a great holiday at this beautiful villa. The villa and pool area was everything we expected and more. Fabulous views of the mountains. It’s close to amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and beach but far enough away to be quiet.
