Lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, recently refurbished and decorated in an attractive, modern style. Located in a quiet residential area, just 800m from Playa Burriana, Nerja’s main beach where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and benefitting from a private swimming pool, several terraces and magnificent views of the mountains.
Built on 2 levels, private off street parking leads (via approximately 20 steps) to the main entrance, the open plan living area and kitchen is bright and airy thanks to the dual aspect picture windows, the living room has a double sofa bed, A/C and access to a good size terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and also on this level you have 2 twin bedrooms (both with A/C) and a shower room.
Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (both with A/C) and 2 further shower rooms.
The private 7 x 3.5m pool is surrounded by terraces ideal for making the most of our fantastic climate and equipped with sun beds, hamac, table and chairs/parasols and a brick built barbeque. There is as well darts and a trampoline, games and toys.
Safety box. For the TV; there are all the English channels. Free internet through fiber optics, 2km to the centre, 500m to the nearest supermarket and 300m from a bus stop which has regular services to town.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. This house is not suitable for people who have walking difficulty.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Chiminea. There were 9 of us, including 3 young children. The villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and the villa suited our needs perfectly. The pool was large and beautiful and the addition of various pool toys was very welcome. The kitchen was very well equipped and the various outdoor spaces really made our holiday. The area was very quiet and felt safe. The younger members of our group found the walk to Burianna beach and Nerja town straightforward. The older members used taxis. The owner was a delight to deal with. We hope to return in the future.

Summary: Villa Vincent was every thing we could have wanted, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and well equipped for a relaxing family holiday. Our host Debby answered all our questions promptly and gave us information about lots of lovely places to eat. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return 👍

Summary: Lovely house. We will certainly stay here again! Unfortunately, the day we arrived, Spain shut down as a result of Covid 19. We spent out shortened stay at the house trying to arrange a repatriation flight. Hopefully, try again next year

Summary: The house is lovely and well equipped. The area is quiet and not too much traffic and it just takes a couple of minutes to walk to the Mercadona where you find all sorts of groceries. 3 separate bathrooms is nice if the house is full of people. To get to the nearest beach you just have to walk down the road but afterward, you have to walk back again and it is very steep. If you are in poor condition you will need a car to get up and down from the beach.

Summary: I stayed for a week in this villa with my friends. The Villa was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. It was in an extremely private area with no one looking over the outside area. The villa had everything you need inside and the television had many UK channels if it is required. The Villa was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is a hilly area and there are many steps at the villa so no suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Debby has already stated this. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend the property.

Summary: Stayed for a week and wish it could have been a month. Had a wonderful time with my daughter and her boyfriend. Lovely spacious modern villa. Location perfect for access to the beautiful Burriana beach and only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Nerja.
