Villa Reeve is an architecturally designed, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, double story house. Comfortably accommodating up to 7 people.
The house is located on the quiet side of Loch Sport on a large sloping block with elevated rare views of the meandering Lake Reeve and the Lakes National Park. The ever-changing scenery of the lake from above the tree tops, with an abundance of bird life will instantly relax you. If you are extremely lucky and on a clear day you may get an ocean glimpse, which is unique to just a couple of properties on White Crescent. The view of the mountains to the north is also mesmerising.
The large wrap around balcony that faces toward 90 Mile Beach, will have you captivated as you look out into the wilds of Loch Sport. Getting up early with a Nespresso coffee in hand and watching the sun rise from the balcony is truly an incredible experience.
In just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive north, you can begin your day at Lake Victoria. Here you can relax on the white sand beach or paddle in the gentle lake waters. If conditions allow, Lake Victoria becomes a mecca for Windsurfing, Kite-surfing and Paddle-boarding. Just a 2 minute drive South via the causeway you will arrive at Loch Sport's jewel in the crown - 90 Mile Beach. Spend your time sun baking on the sand, swimming in the surf or fishing from the waters edge. There are many occasions when you can be completely alone on 90 Mile Beach.

Summary: We had a lovely time. What a gorgeous well appointed home. We loved the design and the thought the owners put into designing a gorgeous space for families to enjoy time together. We loved having a fire, which was a treat as we do not have one at home! We did struggle with the internet connection with 6 adults and all our devices, but overall the place was great!

Summary: Absolutely stunning views from the lounge room windows and a very spacious decking attached. Excellent for families with small children and well appointed with all the creature comforts you would expect in a modern home. We had a thoroughly relaxing time and would love to go back again.
