You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure, however, we do require the home to be left clean and tidy on departure in a similar state as to how you found the property upon your arrival.
If the property is not left in a reasonable standard an additional charge for cleaning will be deducted from your bond.

Summary: Excellent in all areas. Great for our family with 3 kids, they loved the playground and skate park so close by and the table tennis table got a great workout in the garage. Kitchen has everything you need and most importantly it's very clean.

Summary: We stayed for a few days for a quick little getaway with our three young children. It is in the best location with uninterrupted views of the lake, a short walk to the local park, general store and coffee shop. The house is very family orientated with a games room, comfortable beds and clean amenities. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
