Positive: The place is wonderful! The spacious grounds are well-maintained and have a beautiful, well-kept garden. In addition to the well-equipped kitchen in the house, there's also an additional kitchen in the garden with a refrigerator (ideal for ice cream) and a sink. There's also a summer bathroom where you can shower while looking out at the sea. The pool is very pleasant – perfect for a short swim. The depth is approximately 1.4m to 1.8m – easy access via stairs. There's also a table right by the sea – perfect for evening board games! There's also a barbecue – we didn't use it, but it looked very nice. The view from the cottage is breathtaking – it's gorgeous! The air conditioning is excellent. The communication with the owner via WhatsApp was fantastic. We were surprised to find a lot of food for breakfast, including plenty of fruit, delicious cookies, cake, and drinks. I should add that it wasn't a token tray like you sometimes get in hotels, but a truly generous portion of good-quality food.

Negative: There's music coming from the hotel next door, but it wasn't bothersome. The cicadas and the sea drowned it out effectively. The music wasn't playing at night—it didn't disturb our sleep. Comfortable sleeping for three people. There's a large bedroom with a double bed and a small one with a single bed. We managed to squeeze a mattress into the small bedroom, and our two small children slept there. There's also a sofa bed in the living room. Sleeping in the living room is always a bit uncomfortable, but we managed to avoid it. These were minor inconveniences, but they may be significant for some.

Positive: Villa, beach,swimming pool, outside kitchen and the garden. The beach is perfect for snorkeling and the villa had everything we needed. Host is friendly and available. Someone comes early morning to clean the swimming pool (never saw nor heard that person) and another friendly person comes mid week to clean and change towels. Hearing the waves from the bedroom was amazing, as the private beach.

Negative: The hollidays were fantastic and I recommend the place. The villa has only 2 bedrooms, so our kid had to sleep in the sofa (4th person bed) which is not a real sofa-bed, just a sofa. Nevertheless our 11 year old did not complain. We were worried about the hotel next door but it is a very quiet hotel (children are not allowed!). There is a lounge type of music you can hear from the outside kitchen. It is calm and relaxing, volume is low. We were there the full second week of August 2023 and the only time the music changed (disco type) and volume was too high was on Wednesday between 22h and midninght. Our children dansed and then we forgot about it...we were happy it stopped just when we wanted to go to bed.

Positive: This place is great: it is located remotely in the sense that it feels 100% private, but has 2 resorts with great restaurants at walking distance. The host has been fantastic: he welcomed us with a personal gift (it was our honeymoon), and made up for the fact that the whirlpool broke down in the most gentleman-like way. I would definitely book this again!
