Positive: The accommodation is located in a wonderfully peaceful spot, surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees. The villa itself is stunning, designed in traditional Cretan style, perfectly clean, and equipped with every imaginable comfort, Wi-Fi worked reliably. The highlight for us was the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and sunsets. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and even cuddle the friendly Cretan cats that wander by. What made this vacation truly special, however, was the incredible hospitality of Giannis and his lovely mother, Eleni. Despite visiting Crete for many years, this was one of our best holidays ever. We still fondly remember the dinner with Eleni’s delicious Cretan specialties and all the laughter we shared with Giannis over raki. Thank you, Giannis and Eleni, for your kindness and hospitality, we truly appreciate it.

Positive: Giannis Villas is perfect for families in all means☺️ We felt like we arrived home not to booking house. All facilities you can find in the kitchenand loundry room and great porch. We had fruites and great wine in the fridge and Giannis took care of all we needed. The beach is 3 minutes drive and the taverna are super good and calm. We recommand this place and Giannis big heart💖 Hope we'll be back 🥰

Positive: Beautiful villa with Great views, lovely garden and amazing hosts! The girls had the patio and garden to play and explore and some cats made good company.. Gianni and Eleni made us feel right at home. Great beaches and tavernas in walking distance but easier with a car if you stay with children.. Amazing Sunsets!!!

Negative: Not enough cats.

Positive: Villa Evdokia II is a wonderful villa with great location. It’s nearby great beaches with crystal water, shops, bakeries and taverns! The whole house is surrounded by beautiful garden, with olive trees and flowers. We also enjoyed the company of the cats living there! The house has a huge terrace, with corners to seat, relax, eat and to have sun. From the terrace you can enjoy the amazing view of the sea. The whole house is extremely clean, well decorated, organised and it has everything you need. The most amazing part of the house are their hosts. Giannis and his mum Eleni are wonderful people. They accepted us not like clients but as their guests and made us feel part of their family and friends! Thank you so much for your kindness, for your care and your attitude! It’s been a pleasure! We’ll come again and highly recommend! 🙂

Positive: Villa Evdokia is a well thought out home that is more than well equipped. Ample space both indoor and outdoor, with possibility to sit in the sun as well as a shaded area. Everything perfectly clean. House is located just outside the village but still within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay with Giannis and his mother Helena and enjoyed her lovely homecooked food. Excellent host, highly recommended holiday home 😊
