Positive: Wonderful deck level with lovely gardens and howler monkeys. Amazing views.

Negative: We were surprised that the pool was such a long climb and not on the deck level. The bedrooms were fairly plain.

Summary: We enjoyed our time and appreciated the help setting up rides and tours.

Positive: The villa was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty big enough for a couple of families. We absolutely loved the views , the beautiful garden and surrounding birds and wildlife.

Negative: The fact that because of prior obligations we only had 2 days !!

Positive: This is an amazing property , probably the nicest location on Ometepe As a bonus the property manager Erik is amazing , he sent us a list of things to do on the island as well as all the best restaurants. He even set us up with the guide to hike conception Our only mistake with this place was not staying longer. Beautiful location , beautiful view , beautiful service , very reasonable price . I have never seen such a beautiful outdoor veranda kitchen set up . Do not hesitate , villa Ometepe is the best place to stay on the island

Positive: Eric met us at the property when we arrived, gave us the grand tour and handed over the keys, no problem! The accommodations were AWESOME and beautiful! Eric's gardens were gorgeous, pictures can't do them justice! The place was phenomenal, sitting on the deck, looking westward as the sun sets over the lake. We rented ATVs, so getting around was easy. The local folks were very nice and welcoming. It was a wonderful place to visit! Thanks Eric!

Negative: You are in a jungle, so the bugs are real. Don't leave any food out! Eric has lots of sealed containers in the kitchen, I recommend you use them.

Summary: Beautiful place on a volcano in the middle of a huge lake. The grounds were georgous!
