Positive: We had an incredible time at this villa — it completely exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for enjoying the sunshine, and the views were even better in person. What really made our stay special was the host. They were amazing from start to finish — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They gave us great local tips, checked in to see if we needed anything, and genuinely cared that we had a good time.

Positive: An exceptional villa, for someone who has travelled the world this villa is by far the best place I have stayed in. Ilija was an excellent host , so attentive and helpful. The villa had all the facilities required for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. I can not fault a thing. Location is ideal as its away from the hustle and bustle however we frequently used buses to travel to and from the Old Town with the bus stop only 5 mins walk from the villa.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Villa MarLea! The villa was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and is only about a 15 minute taxi ride from the Old Town. Ilija was absolutely brilliant, always available to help, from arranging pizzas to sorting taxis when Ubers fell through. This villa made our wedding week truly unforgettable and Ilija was very helpful when we had to change plans last minute. It now holds a very special place in our hearts. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Positive: Everything! The space for 12 of us was more than enough to be comfortable. The pool was a good send allowing us to spend so much time outside in the beautiful warm weather. Ilija couldn’t have been a more welcoming and attentive host. His father is a wonderful chef also! The best Peka in town! Thanks again, we will be back ❤️

Positive: The property was amazing - it had all the amenities, and came fully stocked. Having 3 kitchens (1 outdoor) was great for such a large group of people. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was the kind host who welcomed us, gave us a tour and took great care of us. Highly recommend this villa - it is easy to take a quick taxi to the Old Town and great for a large group of people.

Positive: Very spacious, modern, very clean and extremely well equipped. The outdoor area and outdoor kitchen were amazing a great place to hang out with friends. Set in a quiet residential area it’s conveniently located a 3 min walk to the supermarket and 8-15mins from some lovely restaurants. Ubers are fairly inexpensive in and out of Dubrovnik centre. An all round great villa. The host Llija could not have been nicer and more helpful. Made our trip thoroughly enjoyable and stress free. The most helpful and nice host I’ve ever had!

Negative: If I was being nit picky I would say air con in all the bedrooms would be amazing as a couple of the rooms didn’t have air-con, however Llija kindly bought us a fan for those rooms. So all was good!

Positive: Villa MarLea was the perfect base for our stay. Only about a 25 min drive from the airport and just over 15 mins to the Old Town. The Villa itself is immaculate and well equipped plus very spacious for 14 guests. The outside space is amazing, the pool was very clean and we loved using the outside kitchen and even the basket ball hoop! Ilija is the best host, nothing is too much trouble and he couldn’t be more helpful, even taking us to the supermarket and back in his car! All in all it was 10/10.
