Positive: We loved everything about the apartment. It was very clean and newly renovated. It was also located in a very quiet neighborhood in Komolac (a small town just beside Dubrovnik) and just a short walking distance from the bus station that could bring us directly into the town and old town. The host, Amra, was very friendly and considerate the whole time of our stay. We had a little problem with the washing machine and someone came to help us with it just 20-30 mins later. Would 10/10 come back and also recommend it to people I know.

Positive: The apartment is outside Dubrovnik, in Komolac. It's easly reachable by BUS from the very center of the city within 15-20 minutes. The Bus-stop, in roughly 4 minutes walk from the apartment, and the Bus stops there every 15-20 minutes. It leaves from Pile-Gate ( The main entrance of the old city). The Apartment is tiny but very beautiful. It's very clean and it does have all the comforts you can imagine. Pots...kettle..Hairdryer...towels...water in the fridge..Shampoo and shower gel...two useful closets ...air conditioning... Nescafe..coffee maker...electric grill... TV...you name it ! It also have a quite big balcony where we used to have breakfast in the morning before leaving for the city. The owner helped us via whatsapp in every possible way. Fast when answering all of our silly questions. Near the bus-stop there are two markets where you can buy everything you may need. It is very quite and it was a pleasure to sleep in such a silent enviroment. If you need it, I have a video of the place and the view from the balcony.

Negative: Even though we had a MARVELLOUS time in Pelko apartments, and I'm looking forward to coming back there again , I have some reservations about choosing it as a single woman. The bus-stop during the night is in the middle of nowhere. There are lamplights. But no buildings or shops. Or at least they're closed. We never met anyone while coming back late in the night from the city. Somehow it was ...scary. I gotta say that I'm biased because I come from a big city with petty crimes. Anyway never heard about any sort of problems . Little or big. By anyone. Moreover in the complex where the Pelko apartments are, live several families with little children . And even the bikes are parked ouside without any chains around the wheels. Which means that it's a very safe place.

Positive: This place is just amazing! Pristine clean, cozy, with all the amenities you could possibly imagine, the furniture is brand new, bed is spacious and extremely comfortable, there is a big, beautiful terrace with great view of the surrounding hills. The place is located within 10 minute drive from the main entrance to the Old Town. Host is great, responds immediately and is very kind! I think, this is best value/price place you could find in Dubrovnik, im booking this again next time! Highly recommended!
