Summary: From the moment we arrived Silvio was an attentive host. It was the most impressive welcome I have ever received. It was hot during our stay and the pool was welcome as well as the many different places in the yard to relax, have dinner and enjoy the lovely yard.

Summary: We loved our stay at Silvio’s villa! We were a group of 9 and across the two apartments had more than enough space. The Villa is clean, spacious and boasts a great outdoor space and pool. Silvio was always happy to help us with any day trip recommendations, as well as driving us to the supermarket and arranging airport transfers. We were also given fresh produce such as tomatoes and cucumbers from the property’s garden. Everything was amazing! The Villa is a perfect base to explore Split and the nearby Podstrana, we will definitely be returning!! Thank you Silvio for letting us stay and for being such a fantastic host.

Summary: Silvio is an absolute gentleman; considerate, available, generous and kind. We arrived late enough to miss the shops for supplies but we were so kindly met with a delicious home cooked meal and drinks as well. The following morning, Silvio took it upon himself to drive us to the shops whilst also giving us a quick tour of the surrounding area. The rental itself is split between two apartments which are located on floors 1 and 3. They're clean and recently refurbished with all you'll need for a great stay. We sadly weren't able to enjoy the pool etc. due to our schedule and weather, but if we had done, the stay would have been even better. If only we had more time! We had a car, so local towns and Split itself were very easy to get too. In short, Silvio and his family are very special people who'll go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We certainly did and can only highly recommend!

Summary: I don’t even know where to start. Silvio was incredibly attentive before we even arrived, giving us transfer and activity information, along with knowledge of the local area. We arrived with Silvio waiting for us, prepared with wine, snacks and beers. He gave us a tour of this absolutely immaculate property, spotlessly clean with a view to take your breath away. The villa is huge, absolutely beautiful, with so much garden, balcony and outdoor space including a stunning pool. We met Silvio’s family, and it was clear from the start what a wonderful family they are and how well they look after the property and the people within it. We were even offered opportunity for Silvio to take us to the local shops in order for us to stock up. To sum up, the villa is beautiful, the host and his family are wonderful, the local area is stunning, you will want for nothing. So if you’re looking at booking somewhere quiet, close to Split, (Uber can get you everywhere for not a great a deal!) and want to be certain of a picture perfect time, book this immediately! I already can’t wait to go back

Summary: Both Silvio and Joseph were great hosts to our group of 9 that traveled to Croatia last week. The property was well maintained and in a perfect location (about a ten minute drive from downtown Split). Both Silvio and Joseph arranged activities for our group (including a boat day and day trip to Krka National Park) and were available for transportation to the grocery store, Split, etc. when needed. They also provided us with great suggestions on restaurants and bars in the area. Overall, I would definitely come back to the property and would recommend the Villa to anyone traveling to Croatia! Summary: I would highly recommend this property. Silvio and his family were great hosts. They arranged to and from airport had wine, fruit and food waiting for us on our arrival and even collected us from the superrmarket (free of charge) with our shopping. The hosts are very friendly and we're at our disposal whenever we required anything. The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the terrace and a spectacular thunderstorm over the mountains . Bus stop is a ten minute walk and beach is a few minutes further on. Split is about 30 minutes by bus. If you stay here you have to try the amazing sandwiches at Bill pivac. VILLA MARIA is set in beautiful grounds with a lovely pool, barbecue, trampoline and table tennis table and basketball hoop making it ideal for families Be aware that the house is on a hill so if you don't have a car it is a steep walk but after walking this a few times it does get easier. I would love to return to Villa Maria

Summary: It was fantastic staying at this lovely villa. It was spacious, clean and light and airy. Absolutely perfect. My friends and I loved it! Silvio, Jason and Maria were so friendly and hospitable. They supplied with a lovely large cheese, ham and bread board on our arrival to welcome us to the property which was so thoughtful and unbelievably generous. Jason told us about the local area and even drove us around to show us where the local supermarket was. They grow their own vegetables in the garden so we had fresh tomatoes and cucumber everyday. Incredible! Both fridges were stocked with a large bottle of water and Coca Cola which was really appreciated. They even left a bottle of their home made wine in both apartments which was delicious! The villa had air con which was great and the private pool was fantastic, we had a great time relaxing there. Podstrana is a lovely area too and even if you don’t have a car it’s very easy to get an Uber to Split for example. There was a group of 9 of us and it was perfect for us, all rooms were a good size. The balcony was a nice place to sit with a glass of wine and look at the amazing view across to the sea and watch the sunset! I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this villa and it’s owners! We even got a lift to the airport at the end of the holiday! I just want to go back now and stay forever!! Thank you so much, I will never forget it!
