This beautiful villa is located in eco-ethno village Gornja Podstrana and offers you a peaceful and quiet location with a spectacular vista of Adriatic sea and islands.
It’s most beautiful feature is endless swimming pool which offers great view. The pool is heated and equipped with counter current swimming machine so you can relax and exercise at your pleasure, or you can just enjoy yourself in the sunbathing area equipped with 4 sun beds and an umbrella. The swimming pool is 7 x 5 m with water depth 1,6m.
The villa also offers spacious terrace that runs along the length of the house and is equipped with a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the view. Half of the terrace has sun shades so you can stay in the shadow during the day if you wish.
The spacious living room and dining area with wide glass wall also offers a beautiful view and it is air-conditioned. Adjoining the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, water heater, toster and coffee machine. In the back garden there is a covered barbecue. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Villa accommodates 4 guests in two charming double bedrooms (one with double bed, and another with 2 separated / twin beds) and at your request can accommodate additional 2 guests in the pullout couch or pullout sofa chair. Linen and bath towels are provided. The villa also contains a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.

Summary: We sadly left this beautiful villa yesterday after a weeks stay and wish it could have been longer. The villa is perched very high up the mountain in a quaint old village which has two restaurants within walking distance. The road up was indeed very windy and long but we knew this before we came and after the first time it gets easier. Everyone drives slow and safely. If you want a fantastic view with a quiet villa this is for you - it was so relaxing. The villa is equipped with everything you need and was very clean with lots of spare towels and sheets. The pool and outside area was fantastic, not overlooked at all and a great mountain back drop. We loved watching the many birds we saw and birds of prey over the mountains and listening to the owls at night. Petra the host was very friendly and met us at the villa and showed us around and was available all our holiday for any suggestions of restaurants and parking. We went to Split a couple of times and Omis for dinner and walked to the local restaurants quite a few times (need to call in and book or what’s app them the day before!) Would certainly recommend this villa but probably not for families with very tiny children as the steps inside the villa and outside to pool. Thank you Petra for a lovely relaxing stay.

Summary: The villa is in a small village in the hills above Podstrana, and has amazing views across to the islands and over Split. The road up from the main road takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have, it's well worth it to enjoy the peace and quiet while at the same time being pretty close to Split. The garden and pool are really nice, and the villa itself is just what we wanted. 1 observation about the local restaurants - we needed to book a few days in advance as they are very busy. So, thanks Petra for a fantastic holiday, and we hope to return.

Summary: Excellent location and cozy villa. Nice views and adventures on the one-car road up and down the hill. Petra greeted us upon our arrival, gave us a tour of the place, recommended places to eat and visit, and gave us wine to drink. She was available all the time and responsive to our requests. A good example is a washing machine. It broke, and she made a replacement possible for the next day. We would definitely come back!

Summary: A great surprise with a wonderful view on the sea and Split. The swimming pool is perfect. It is better than the photo and description ! Small road to access on the top of the mountain but it gives this peacefull and nico house with beautifull view. Petra gave us all the information needed. Everything needed is available in the house. Summary: This property was in a wonderful position if peace and quiet is what you’re after. The views across the ocean were spectacular. It’s nestled up a long windy road, with a back drop of the mountains. The villa was great, the sunsets from the veranda were out of this world. The only problem was our holiday was too short! Would definitely recommend a visit to Podstrana and a stay in this fabulous villa!

Summary: The pictures online were very accurate. The host was extremely helpful who spoke great English, she emailed us maps, links to restaurants, a short guide to the local area and advised us on Staying in Croatia very well. The villa was very clean and had great facilities (Fully wood stocked BBQ, dishwasher, Air Con, Washing Machine). The Infinity Pool at the villa was lovely, bigger than it seems, works really well. The sun loungers were very comfortable and excellent high quality! The villa had a good sized driveway with a large sliding gate to close the car in, making us feel secure and safe. The location of the villa is very close to Split, the large city. However you do have to drive up a very tight and windy road to reach the villa, which is nearly at the top of a mountain! Once you drive up and down it each day, it becomes easy work. However the reason for this mountain drive to reach the villa; is the view... The view from this villa is fantastic, gorgeous and doesn't get old. After a full day of adventure in Croatia, we could get back to the Villa, open some beers and lie on the terrace by the pool on the awesome sun loungers and watch the bright red sunset over the archipelago! That doesn't get old! In my opinion, we got a great deal for what we paid. We would definitely stay there again. Cheers!!
