Positive: We stayed at this charming family-owned B&B and it was truly phenomenal. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the island, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of both Ischia and Capri. The pool was incredible, the room was spacious and comfortable, and I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. The warm hospitality made it feel like home — and the sweet cats greeting me each morning and evening were such a lovely bonus. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer. There was not a single negative thing to say about this BnB. Everyone was so great. Can't wait to stay here again.

Positive: Villa Manni offered a truly special experience. It's a charming, peaceful, and secluded haven with a beautiful garden, pool, and stunning views of Ischia. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us with transportation to the harbor as well as offering a delicious breakfast. While a taxi, car, scooter, or bike is recommended for easy access to beaches and restaurants, we absolutely loved the tranquility and privacy of the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and are very grateful for the warm hospitality and not at least the delicious homemade limoncello from the huge garden lemons that was brought to our terrace accompanied with kisses on the cheeks!

Negative: Only suggestion would be to trim some of the bushes to improve the sea view from the terrace and pool area:)

Positive: The property itself is absolutely beautiful but also welcoming and very homely! Our favourite thing (aside from our hosts) about Villa Manni was the pool and the location with easy routes into surrounding areas. Marco and Marisa were exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful and really made our stay so special. From local recommendations to assisting us with tours, restaurants and getting around the island - they really had thought of everything. Our room was comfortable, nicely decorated and air conditioned. We had a delicious breakfast on the terrace every morning whilst overlooking the sea and really could not have asked for anything more of our stay! We cannot wait to return to Procida and Villa Manni and would recommend to anyone visiting the island to stay here! Thank you both!

Positive: This place is magical. I travel a lot and usually I don’t have problems with writing reviews but I can’t find proper words to describe this experience. It was like a full immersion in nature, beautiful views, calmness. This place is so special- offers 5star hotel experience but you have all your privacy and authentic experience. We were supposed to stay there for two nights and we extended it for whole our stay in Italy. I always dreamed of having an Italian family and I found it in Procida. We felt part of Manni family, Marco and his Mamma were so good to us and our little Laura. It was such a privilege to be able to spend some time with them, learn about the island and the villa. We are already planning when we could come back!

Summary: 5-stars experience in an authentic Italian villa with incredible swimming pool and stunning views.

Positive: What a fabulous spot with super hosts. The view as you walk through into the gardens was just stunning. The Italian welcome from Marco and his mum Marissa was so lovely. The pool area was amazing and the views towards Capri and Ischia blew us away. Our room was charming and so peaceful. Communication from Marco was excellent from start to finish. Grazia

Negative: It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach but a beautiful beach so worth it. You can catch a bus or hire a taxi or scooter.

Positive: The most incredible location overlooking the ocean in a secluded location with a beautifully manicured garden. The self-contained villa has a lovely private terrace. With very few rooms (around 8 pax in total) always a luxurious sense of privacy.

Negative: It’s a bit far from beaches and restaurants (15 minutes walk) but that’s the takeoff for all the peace, quiet and beauty

Positive: Perfection! We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was so lovely, incredibly helpful with providing information about the island, recommending restaurants etc. Marco couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable & that we had everything we needed. Breakfast each day was delicious, the location was stunning, the most incredible views and we felt so relaxed and welcome throughout our stay here. The island itself is beautiful, we were happy walking or using the local buses to get around but a scooter or electric bike would make getting around much quicker, especially as the island is quite hilly! Would 100% recommend!
