The house has two large bedrooms with a bathroom and a large living room with a fireplace
The villa is derived from an old farmhouse, then renovated and furnished with taste and simplicity.
It is a house of 120 sqm., Large, fresh and very bright, with large windows overlooking the garden. It consists of two bedrooms, of 25 square meters. each with the vaulted ceiling of the ancient Mediterranean buildings and a saloon of 6th square meters.
In each room there is a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe and drawer. Each room has access to its bathroom, one with a bathtub-shower and one with a shower cabin.
In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms there is a large living room-living room with fireplace, dining area and two conversation corners with sofas and bookcase.
The kitchen, very well equipped and furnished with curious or antique objects, directly overlooks the living room dining area.
Around the house there is a garden of 500 sqm., Very green, full of trees, windy and quiet, where you can eat, read and relax. Several corners with tables and chairs will allow you to take your breakfast or an aperitif while looking at the sea or under a jasmine pergola. Just in front of the house a lawn space is available to children and their games.
From the garden you can get to the sea through a narrow dirt path. The sea below the villa is clean and crystal clear with large rock esplanades where you can sunbathe. For children there is a small natural pool of sea water carved into the rock and protected by the waves.
The area where the house stands is exposed to the southwest, and is very bright and quiet, with a few houses nearby.
A few minutes (about 500 meters) there is the village of Chiaiolella, with the marina, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and a sandy beach.
To reach the rest of the island there is the L2 bus which stops twenty meters from the house ..

Summary: A beautiful place to stay, and soak in the atmosphere of Procida life. We loved exploring the area, including the marina close by, as well as Coricella and other areas of the island. Serena was a fantastic host, and was there to greet us and answer any questions. Having the stairs to the beach was excellent too, and we even took the opportunity to swim!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Valentina and Serena’s house. It was perfect for our family of 6, and we loved the decor and rustic charm of the place. The garden is delightful with lots of different seating areas and a view of the sea. There are mosquitoes though, so take repellent! We had a daily swim at the rock pool, with access from the house and walked into town every evening for dinner. Our hosts were very helpful and went out of their way to help us a make the place perfect for us. Thank you Serena and Valentina for all your efforts. Suzanne and family

Summary: A magical place out if time, out of space. Serena treated us like royalty and was available 24/7 for my 50 million questions. Everything you could imagine needing is provided. Like a $3000 a week villa without the high price

Summary: My graduate granddaughter and her mother and I so much enjoyed your home. It really felt like a gracious stay in your lovely surroundings. Serena was a pleasure to work with. We all expressed how we wanted to come back someday. All of Procida was amazing, friendly and helpful. Just bring plenty of euros, taxis don’t take card. A definitely relaxing place to be.

Summary: This house is just as it looks in the pictures: un'antica dimora familiare, where you can feel in every detail the hand and love of the owners. The huge impressive windows overlook a bucolic scenery, with a tall magnolia tree and a fresh meadow where to retreat from the sun. A few steps and you are into the water. Smooth layers of rock allow for sunbathing and introduce you to the swimming area. For those who prefer the beach, it is a ten minutes walk away. Welcome was very friendly, we really loved our stay!
