Positive: Excellent location with direct acces to the beach (only 50 m). 2 batrooms, is a great advantage You have intimicy. The owner offered us coffeee, thak you!

Negative: The kithen furniture must be replaced, the fridge is old have missing parts. Too many beds (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs), but probaly for large families! I did not find basic things: salt, pepper sugar. The mosquito net (downstairs was totally missing). Was impossible to open the door! The mosquito net upstairs have holes, need to be repaired. You must be very careful with the entrance door, as if you forgot the keys inside the door has no possibility to be oped from outside without having the keys. I reccomend to offer some slippers for the guests!

Positive: The location is close to the best beaches and attractions. Boats are available for rent on the beach next to the villa, this is very convenient. Having two bathrooms is a big plus.

Positive: The property is perfectly located next to our favourite beaches and restaurants. Making it a great place to stay. Easy to access the great supermarket too and a very lovely place to stay.

Negative: The property is lovely, it is quiet and the patio is wonderful. You don’t need a car to stay either. The only thing that may be difficult for people with limited Mobility is the staircase.

Positive: Proximity of the beach. Nice and big patio. Isolated. Private parking. Tzaneria beach is just 2 minutes walk from house. There is big and nice patio, however it is unusable from 14 till 19 due to orientation, sun is burning during this period. House is stand-alone, so you're kind of isolated from neighboring houses. Private parking can fit 2 cars easily.

Negative: Lack of basic cookware. Squeaky floor on upper level. Some quite basic cookware is missing, like bread knife, cutting knives, ladle, whisk... There are only table forks, knives and spoons. Upper level has wooden floor that is squeaky so that every step will be heard across the house.

Summary: Overall accommodation met my expectation. It was pretty much as expected.

Positive: Good central location with good access to beaches, super market, restaurants and bus stop. Super outside space, lots of seating. Off road private Parking. Spacious inside, basic kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds.

Negative: Stairs to upstairs are incredibly steep, bit scary coming down.
