This new unique holiday home was built from natural materials such as sand, clay, lime, straw and bamboo.
The villa is one of five charming holiday homes in a quiet location at the entrance to Pitsidia.
Two of them have their own pool, three have a 50sqm shared pool, which is located separately on the grounds. Each villa has its own house plot.
Villa Kokkino Skufitza with communal pool covers 75 m² of living space and is suitable for up to 5 persons.
Enjoy the ideal and healthy indoor climate of a mud house! Very special is also the equipment. You can feel in every area of the house Manolis creativity, for example the mirrors in the bathroom, the fascinating beds made of eucalyptus wood or the kitchen cabinets, etc.. Each piece of furniture is handmade and unique and gives the house an amazing atmosphere.
With the two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, is the holiday home ideal for couples or families. From the kitchen-livingroom you reach the covered terrace and the large garden with lawn and banana plants.
To this beautiful holiday houses belong also a separate outside kitchen with a covered porch, stone oven and grill.
Mr. Manolis Pachakis is the owner and builder of this charming place. You can say he is also an artist who likes to work with wild natural stones, which he has lovingly integrated into the outside areas and the unique houses.
Experience Manolis's incredibly warm hospitality here. With great pleasure he prepares traditional delicacies from time to time or invites to a barbecue in his outdoor kitchen, which includes a large veranda.
