Summary: Our party of 12 enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabel. Location was convenient. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean. The front desk and the hotel staff were very welcoming, attentive, friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good though we found service at their Chinese restaurant and ala carte at the Filipino restaurant to be slow. Otherwise overall service from hotel and staff during our 3-night stay was excellent.

Summary: the hotel is at the enter of the city, accessible transportation. However, they don't go with the kind of room you booked. Room were not ready and have to negotiate till you agreed to upgrade. Likewise, front desk staff doesn't act immediately.
