Positive: Quiet, secluded yet close to main road/transportation, which is also avilable and offered by owner, surrouded by nice greenery, 2 minutes walk to food stalls. Very friendly owner altogether with her family. I recommend this place by all means.

Positive: I never expected the place. Its accessable from the road and near small eatery. The studio itself is unbelievable. It has gas stove, a rice cooker, microwave, miniref, 2 small cabinets, mirrors, utensils and plates, wide bed, aircon, it has netflix, the water is clean, had an additional closed back door, and most of all genuinely pet friendly environment. Overall it is very good for a cheap price. It is near SM mall and bus terminal also.

Positive: This was an exploratory trip for me. I wanted to find a place to hide once in a while to write, while being able to walk to places to eat, have a bit of fun, and get a ride to town once in a while. This place was perfect. The owner was kind and helpful. The price was quite reasonable.

Negative: Nothing. This was just what I was hoping for. I will go back for a week or two before long.
