Summary: Costumer service could use some work. Not the friendliest staff. We asked for a receipt and they said they couldn’t provide one because we booked online. They said they would arrange to have it sent via email but we didn’t receive it.

Summary: The staff at the front desk were amazing! Unfortunately, our room was the only one left and it smelled very strong like cigarette smoke. You would think someone was smoking in the room prior to our stay. We alerted the staff within minutes of check-in but unfortunately there were no rooms remaining. They did apologize and were very kind but it’s really hard to stay in a room with such a smell.

Summary: Always a nice stay, rooms super clean, staff always friendly. My only down side is the breakfast, would be nice to have hard boiled eggs, as the ones served feel like pre made and another protein choice than sausages.
