Villa Hanimeli is newly built 2019, 6 bedrooms and all en-suite. Villa Hanimeli is located in the Maras region of Dalyan.
Villa Hanimeli boost 5 star luxury with 6 double bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 3 with twin singles sleeping up to 12 people.
There are private walled gardens surrounding the villa and with 60m2 large pool.
The ground floor,
Downstairs- open plan Kitchen dining table for capacity of villa and lounge area opening out to veranda and pool area. Extending to new lawns and washing lines in the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all you needs with appliances: gas hob/electric oven, washing machine located in the understairs storage room, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave and smaller appliances: kettle, toaster, Turkish coffee maker, sufficient cutlery and crockery for the capacity of the villa.
There is a toilet on the ground floor.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.
With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the villa and Ozgur was a great host. We had a late check out and private transfer all arranged for us. Couldn’t have been better. Villa is beautiful, modern, very clean and equipped with everything you might need. Only thing I would mention is it could do with a maintenance check. Some of the sockets were off the wall or didn’t work and some of the showers didn’t work either. Didn’t spoil a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Summary: This villa did not disappoint, it had everything we needed and just a short walk into town. Ozgur was so helpful too, only a message away if we had any questions. Would totally recommend staying here.

Summary: A very nice villa, ideally located 5 mins from supermarket and many bars and restaurants. Pool is very large and outside area very clean and comfortable. Inside is also very nice too with excellent air conditioning throughout. Thr villa lacks a coulle of tjings - needs a bettwr bbq, several showers dont work properly and pullows are like brucks

Summary: Stunning Villa, spacious and clean, very good location, less than 5 minutes to the town. Very child friendly, The D shape at the end of the pool is a separate shallow kiddie pool. Ozgur, the property manager was very helpful.

Summary: Stunning villa with lots of space, huge outdoor pool with plenty of room for little ones to play. 5 minutes walk to the local supermarkets and restaurants/bars. Could not fault this villa, pool was treated every other day and villa cleaned after the 1st week. Would be useful to have a floor mop in each of the wet rooms as floor gets slippery after use. Perfect villa and location

Summary: We’ve had an incredible time in the Villa for our family holiday. It’s a lovely property, spacious rooms, all with air conditioning and en suite facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is lovely and big, my niece spent pretty much all her time in there! There’s everything you could need in the kitchen, lots of sun loungers and outdoors chairs and tables, and a bbq if you fancy some al fresco cooking. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and bars and similar into town for restaurants. We’ve loved it, our first holiday abroad since Covid and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Summary: Villa Hanimeli is a fantastic property for large groups of family or friends. The location is perfect - a quiet villa neighbourhood with great mountain views but also close to the centre of Dalyan and with a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away for supplies. We were a family group and really appreciated the fact that every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The kitchen is spacious with lots of cupboard space and a large fridge/freezer for groups that like to BBQ or cook. All the appliances are quality brands and there is a large washing machine too in a small utility room which was very useful. We were lucky enough to be only the second group to stay in this brand new property (Jul/Aug 2019). The gardens already looked great and will only improve as the plants and trees mature. The pool is fantastic and the whole place was spotless on our arrival. It was also then cleaned again for us mid stay (we were there for 2 weeks) which was highly appreciated. The property manager was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries both in the run up to and during our holiday. We would definitely book this property again without hesitation and highly recommend it for large groups that need lots of space!
