Villa Guzel stands in its own large garden with a good sized family and a separate children's pool. It is situated in a quiet residential area and yet is less than an 8 minute flat walk into the very centre of Dalyan. The spacious interior has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing air conditioned accommodation for 8-10 people, including children.
The villa has been built in a modern Turkish style. Electronic air condition has been fitted to all living areas and bedrooms. The ground floor accommodation comprises of an open plan living room/dining room and kitchen, shower room/wc and utility area. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two terraces, a second double bedroom with terrace and third double bedroom with terrace, family bathroom with shower and bath.. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms and another shower room, which are ideally suited to children. Floors throughout the property are marble except the bedrooms and bathrooms which are tiled. Outside the villa has a large covered marble terrace providing invaluable shade which is fenced off from the private swimming pool and separate children's splash pool. The swimming pool area has an outside shower and their is also a built in BBQ within the terrace area. The garden is stocked with an abundance of fruit trees including apples, oranges, plums etc . There is a private driveway for parking.
Dalyan is an unspoilt small town situated within a conservation area. The famous Iztuzu Beach with its 5km of soft golden sand is only a short drive away, and can be accessed either via public transport including by a boat taxi. Dalyan provides a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops with the emphasis on families. Although Dalaman International Airport is only 25 minutes away, and therefore ideal for short transfers, guests often comment that they are not aware of its presence.

Summary: We’ve totally loved our week away. Easy to walk into town for the shops, boats and restaurants. The Saturday market in Dalyan was a short walk also. The villa was spotless and cool, rarely needed the air con during a hot week. The kitchen had everything you would need. From the day we booked we were so impressed with the communication from Jacqui and Julian which we were so grateful for.

Summary: The villa owner Jacqui could not have been more helpful. I had lots of queries which were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a late arrival into Dalaman and Jacqui arranged everything for us like transfers and shopping. The whole process was seamless .

Summary: We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Villa Guzel in August and Jacqui could not have been a better host, excellent communication, plenty of very useful information provided beforehand, as well as in the villa and a very appreciated welcome home email after the holiday. Jacqui clearly cares and wants all her guests to have the best time in Dalyan. Very comfortable villa and excellently equipped, spotless inside and out. Garden and pool just made the holiday, a beautiful and quiet spot to relax as a family. Bedrooms aren’t massive but certainly big enough for a holiday and added bonus, plenty of thoughtful storage so you can fully unpack, put your bags away and enjoy. I fully recommend the airport transfer, process was simple, professional, punctual and the transport vehicle excellent! Made everything so much easier. Dalyan has plenty of restaurants and bars to cater for all, many to choose from. I recommend Cicek, Mai and you have to go to at least one of the riverside restaurants. Easy to get into town, 10-15 mins but worth checking the map for best routes to where you want to go to in town, this will save you time, but an interesting walk through the surrounding residential area. Other good thing is Dalyan feels like a real working town, not just a holiday destination. First visit to Dalyan, the surrounding area is stunning, river, mountains, beaches, turtles, history and so much more, has to deserve a return visit! Thank you Jacqui being a great host!

Summary: This was our second visit to Dalyan, and our visit this time was made even better by our stay in Villa Guzel, the owner Jacqui is extremely helpful and responds to any questions quickly, everything is well organised from the transfers to and from the airport, to the mid-week clean with everything being confirmed in writing, the transfer is approx 30minutes, we were also met at the Villa by the property manager who showed us in. The villa is well-maintained and spotless and has a homely feel to it, there are 5 bedrooms two of which are on the top floor which are perfect for children my daughter used the top bedrooms which she thought was great having her own space, with everyone else on the second floor, all the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and spotless, there are 4 bathrooms, one on the top floor two on the second floor (one being en-suite) and one shower room and toilet on the ground floor all well maintained and very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want, the lounge area has plenty of seating there is also excellent free WiFi, the pool, and gardens are again well maintained with 10 sun loungers and cushions and a large veranda which was very welcome come mid-afternoon. The location is perfect with a short walk (8-10mins) to the center of Dalyan or the local supermarket and the local market every Saturday, we would definitely use this villa again because of its location the standard, and the owner Jacqui Thanks for everything.

Summary: We had a wonderful 9-day stay at Villa Guzel. The villa was fantastic, with a large pool and a great seating area outside where our family spent a lot of time together. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the host was very helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. While the rooms were slightly smaller than expected, especially on the top floor, they were still cozy and well-maintained. The walk to town was a bit longer than anticipated, which could be challenging in the heat, but the peaceful setting of the villa more than made up for it. Overall, we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: From start to finish Jacqui was fab with her communications with us. She was honest with her answers to any questions we asked her via email. We were 21 hours delayed for our flight having been put up in a hotel in Bristol and Jacqui was always on hand (along with Selina the Select rep in Dalyan) via WhatsApp. That was very reassuring! The transfer arranged was easy, pleasant and there for us straight away. (Selina’s husband) Ditto transfers back. Easy peasy. The villa exceeded our expectations. It was 10 minutes stroll to Migros and the town centre, and on a quiet residential road. There’s another little supermarket 5 mins walk away too. The beds were super comfy for our family of four adults with air con and black out curtains in the main bedroom. The villa had literally everything that we could have needed and felt like home from home. The garden is pretty with its main feature being a huge pool. We had use of sunbed towels. There was English TV (to keep up with the Boris debacle!) and the water cooler was a godsend. A quick phone call to Select and more bottles for it were delivered within the hour. All in all a superb 10 day stay after our long delay. We’ve stayed in Dalyan many times and we all agreed it was probably our best villa that we’ve rented. No hesitations to recommend it whatsoever 😊 Thank you Jacqui and Julian. I’m sure you’ll hear from us again x

Summary: Our family of 4 (kids aged 10 and 8) loved this villa! The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pool was large and kept very clean and the location was very convenient (5-10 min walk to the centre of town). Communication with Jacqui was excellent - she responded very quickly to any questions we had prior to travelling. This was our first trip to Dalyan and the villa was a perfect base to explore a beautiful area. We had a brilliant time would definitely recommend this 'home from home' villa for other families!

Summary: Villa Guzel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Dalyan. I could not think of one item you would need in a home from home that was not there. Booking was simple and Jacqui was very helpful with all enquiries and even arranged our transfers to and from the airport. The pool and outside space is the best we have had in any villa we have stayed in. The location is perfect. In a quiet residential part but close enough for a short stroll into Dalyan centre. Beach towels are provided and even a welcome pack to get you started. The water cooler is a great addition and is easy to get replacement bottles in a very short time. I would definitely return.
