Positive: Pool area was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and the showers were amazing. Living / kitchen accomodation were a decent size with good facilities. .

Negative: The outside sofa cushions / sunbed cushions are faded and quite badly stained. The kitchen cupboards with their push to open / push to close mechanisms are infuriating to use after a while. The Google driven WiFi can be sporadic and inconsistent but that's not too unusual in Dalyan. The bikes are quite old and not maintained very well (gears not working / flat tyre etc). The clothes airer badly needs replacing (broken and rusty).

Positive: Beautiful Villa - wonderful stay. Pool area is the even better than in the pictures. Perfect temperature and comfy sun loungers as well as great inflatables for the pool. The games room at the end of the pool is also great with both darts and pool table. The villa itself is lovely too. Strong air conditioning in all rooms, brilliant showers and water cooler in the kitchen which was nice. Host was very communicative and helpful in facilitating a late check-out which was much appreciated. About 20-25mins walk to the centre of Dalyan where there are good restaurants and plenty of shops. Would stay again!

Positive: I was after a place to stay that offered a good level of facilities, space and a big dose of peace and quiet. This Villa has all of this in spades. This is the most outstanding Villa. It is very well appointed, super clean, with more than enough space for the two of us, as it sleeps 8! The location was supremely quiet, but some might think a 20 odd minute walk into town a bit of a trek, particularly when it's 40 degrees. Taxi's are plentiful and cheap though. Contact with the host was amazing, I never felt like I was just being left to it, and that there was always someone contactable for any issues, of which there were none. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and cannot wait until I can do it all again. To Paul and Jo, thank you so very much for having such a beautiful place
