Positive: We stayed for a week and it was nothing short of wonderful. The villa is big, with a nice sofa, enormous tv, spacious bedrooms, extra lounge area upstairs and quiet airco’s. The pool is the perfect size with relaxing lounge beds and lights in the evening. It’s a quiet and peaceful location. Lovina centre is just 10 minutes by motorbike. There are lots of nice restaurants and good massage places in Lovina. There is a small shop just across the street of the villa and at the end of the street is a bigger supermarket. But what made it so great are Budi, Puspa and their 1 year old daughter Bianca. The managers of the property. They live next door. Budi was a perfect guide to his hometown an Aga village called Pedawa. From Pedawa you have great views on the rice fields of Munduk, and we learnt about the history of the village and met the family (we don’t speak a lot of Indonesian but luckily Budi speaks English). Puspa learnt us how to make offerings and Budi makes delicious coffee and has tips of what to do in the surroundings. They let you to it, but are there whenever you need them. Budi arranged a motorbike for us during our stay and a car ride to our next stay. Made sure the lounge beds in the pools were ready in the morning and just did a lot of little extra things in general. They made us feel at home. We can highly recommend to stay here.

Positive: We had an excellent time here. The place is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well equipped and very comfortable!! The pool is amazing too. Super clean and very private. The couple that look after the place are so lovely, always on hand and are very helpful. Even taking us to the doctor when my wife needed one. Would totally recommend!

Positive: The Villa was great, very clean & beds were comfortable & excellent aircon. Great TV & sound system and Netflix provided. The pool was great. We spent time riding the scooter to twin waterfall (beautitul) and riding to the hot springs (it was raining this day it was great). We went out on boat and saw dophins and snorkelled in clear waters. The host "Budi" lives onsite and assisted us on arrival and during our stay, nothing was a problem. This is a stand alone villa with owner living next door. We enjoyed our stay!!

Negative: We enjoyed everything, The Villa's location is a 10 minute scooter ride into Lovina central shopping district. This was not an issue for us as we had motor bike. We did not swim at the beach as it is not inviting.

Positive: the best and highly recommended villa located in buleleng singaraja. close to lovina beach about 2km. very cheap price and super friendly villa owner. The villa is as shown in the picture and even better than the picture, the building is new and everything is very clean.
