Positive: Location is absolutely fabulous! The views are beautiful, overlooking the sea. The spaces are wide, so you feel comfortable in an environment like that.

Negative: It is not conditioned for the cold, so it is not recommended to go in winter. The quality of some furniture is not very good (considering the price and that we are talking about Mallorca...). A bit of a better level is expected, not only the location is counted, but the interior of the house has to be consistent with the place and the idea.
