Spacious 5 bedroomed Villa for rent - caters for small parties or can easily cater for up to 14 people. Villa can be rented as a whole, or at certain times of year only one floor can be rented with other floor unoccupied for your privacy.
The villa is particulary suited to two families/ groups of friends who want to holiday together, but still have own space.
The ground floor has a kingsize ensuite bedroom , a twin bedded room and has a double sofa bed in lounge area, so can sleep 6.
The first floor area has a kingsize ensuite bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and sofa bed in lounge so can sleep up to 8. Both areas have a fully equipped fitted kitchen, with a dishwasher in the ground floor kitchen. Each floor has its own secure access with an internal marble staircase leading to first floor.
Villa Diana has a large 10m x5m private pool which has marble Roman steps to access. (Particularly easy for young or infirm visitors to access pool) pool area equipped with sun loungers.
Villa is surrounded by olive, orange, lemon, pomegranate and apricot trees , it enjoys stunning views to Mount Aenosand is ideally situated for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. The surrounding villages have several traditional tavernas/bars offering a large variety of local cuisine, the nearest of which is a 5 minute stroll away.
The nearest beaches of Spartia (very safe gently shelving beach for children) or Klismata are only a 5 minute drive away, with the blue flag beaches of Avithos, Lassi, St Thomas, Lourdas, Trapezaki, Pessada, a 10/15 minute drive away. A longer drive of from 30-50 minutes will take you to the famous Myrtos Beach, the picturesque Assos beach and the port of Sami where much of the filming of the film Captain Corelli's Mandolin took place.
