Summary: New property. Great and friendly staff. Definitely would be back and will recommend it to family and friends. The free airport pick up/drop off is also a plus.

Summary: I don’t understand why this hotel is rated 3.5. The place is perfect! Very warm and courteous staff. All of our requests were granted. Exactly what we needed for a vacation/retreat. Batanes was perfect and our chosen accommodation was a contributor to that! One thing to note, the place where the hotel is doesnt have mobile network signal because of the mountains surrounding the place but the hotel has wifi to compensate for the lack of coverage. I am unable to add photos to this review for some reason, but the place really was amazing.
