Summary: If I could give this place 100 stars, it would be completely accurate. The hotel and grounds itself are a work of art and could have its own guided tour that people would pay for. We took hundreds of photos all around. The heated pool, steam room, and jacuzzi were so nice to use throughout our trip, especially to start our mornings. Most importantly, the service was exactly what you would expect at a place like this. Everyone was so kind, respectful, and made sure we always had everything we needed even if it was just a small gesture like a cup of coffee while we waited in the lobby for our taxi. A special thank you to Marco, who made us feel like the most important people in the world from start to finish of our 4 night stay. LUXURIOUS in every way. Completely exceeded our already high expectations.

Summary: We had exceptional service at this stay! The building is jaw dropping and the staff will go above and beyond for you. Our room was so beautiful, I was very sad to go. Consider getting the imperial suite if you book. We loved the spa services and hung out every night by the pool to enjoy the amazing cocktails! Breakfast buffet has so many options, I would like to see more steak on the dinner menu, but I believe the menu was fixed for the duration of our stay. All in all I felt regal during my stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
