Summary: 3 nights in this bright apartment were perfect for us. Lots of windows, great cross breeze during the day. The set up was good for my husband and i with oit 21 yr old daughetr who had her own doace and a full length morror she was in love with. Giovanella was a great host, timely communication as needed. She had everything we needed including a map. This location was perfect for us. Store, laundry. Coffee, within 2 min walk as well as bus stop to train station. The apartment had an assortment of traveller leftovers for pantry and bathroom so check before you run out to grab something!. Bathroom was clean and well lit and I LOVED the tiles. The apartment is wonderfully old and charming. My ONLY complaint, (and this is a matter of preference), is the king bed has the flattest pillows ive ever seen ,lol. So if you like puffy or 2/3 pillows better to bring one w you if you need it to sleep. Wonderful place, would recommend and would dtay again!

Summary: This is a lovely place to stay in a really good part of the city. It's only a short walk to the centre (Ponte Vecchio & Uffizi) but in an area that's not too crowded and has some great places to visit, eat & enjoy. The Boboli Gardens, Brancacci Chapel and St Spirito church & square are almost on the doorstep. The apartment is spacious, very comortable and had everything we needed. Giovannella is a delighful host.

Summary: Giovannella was a great host. She communicated clearly and fully with us from the time of our reservation until we left the city. The apartment is in a great location, walkable to all the main venues in Florence. It was clean, although very spartan, and she gave us a thorough tour on arrival. It met our needs and we enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: We spent 5 days in Firenze and the stay here was perfect . everything is within a 25 minute walk from the place including the train station which we used a couple times during our stay . We used the train to our visit to Venice and once we left Florence for amalfi coast . The place itself was nothing fancy but had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning .

Summary: Very spacious and well equipped apartment. But most importantly it is in the typical, authentic part of Firenze. Still five minutes walk to Palazzo Pitti and Piazza Santo Spirito, but also full of small stores where the locals shop and not just ones for tourists. Overall great experience.

Summary: This historic apartment was located within walking distance of good restuaurants, shops, and tourist sites, yet it was secure and quiet. However there is a flight of stairs but this was no problem for us.The apartment had simple but tasteful decor and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook one night when we decided to eat in. It was perfect to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. Our hostess Giovanella was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. We would definitely stay again.
