Positive: The location is very good, near Stafylos beach, 20 minutes walking or 5 by car. I recommend walking because it is impossible to find a parking spot at Stafylos after 9 AM. Also, very close to Skopelos town. The house is very clean, the sheets are changed every week, the towels every 4 days. It was more than enough. The host was at the property at our arrival at the hour we said we will arrive. The pictures are real, the house is well maintained and very comfortable.

Negative: The communication with the host is not very easy because she only uses Booking platform. So, no calls, no messages outside that. One thing that made me stop using the other big platform out there is the lack of confidence that make both hosts and guests to behave like they are enemies not friends. For example a lot of notes were in the house stating that if you break something you pay it (daaah) or other "dont's" that are Ai**nb inheritance that I find annoying. Also, I felt like the host was there not only to be at help but to supervise us as well. The communication through only booking, the "don't s", the big brother presence etc are not the things that I appreciate in a host. When I left I said I will leave at 11:00 AM but we were ready earlier. I texted through booking, I called to announce that I have to leave 5 minutes earlier but the host could not be contacted in such short notice. This is a personal experience, apart of this the entire experience was good but I won't repeat it.
