A country house located 2Km from Skopelos town. With private pool, peaceful surroundings, fruit trees, terrace, 1.5 Km from Stafilos beach.
The country house is built in a traditional style. White walls and roof. Inside there is traditional wooden ceiling. The beds are wooden in conjunction with the rest of the home furnishings.
The house includes two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and a living room with fire-place.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all household items.
Included: Sheets, towels, detergent, toilet paper, soap in the bathroom.
It can put up to 4 persons.
The swimming pool is in front of the big veranda. We take care of the pool every day early in the morning. We control Ph level, hover the bottom, and wash the place around.
There are many roses around the garden with different colors.
The place is far away from the main road 200 meters about. There are no other houses in a distance of 100 meters.
There is a fence around the house and around the farm.
There is exterior lighting at night and you can walk safely around the farm.
There are many olive trees in the area providing some shade and the wonderful climate can encourage a more healthy way of life, no humidity, noise or pollution.
Peace and quiet in abundance!
Enjoy peaceful moments on the veranda, or by the pool with breathtaking views and intoxicating scents of spring.
Agravlis is specious enough to entertain friends and has a lovely romantic atmosphere, especially under the moonlight.
Great for children too, a safe play area.
You can find a Market in 500 meters away. Also there is a gas station with the market.
Close to house there are three tavernas with local menu. The first one is called 'Terpsis'. In a yard with trees and a greek style. Here you can taste the stafed chiken which is delicious. Distance from the house is 1,5 Km.
The second taverna is 'Mpampis' close to crossroad to Stafilos beach. Distance from the house is 1,7 Km. Just before you arrive to the beach of Stafilos there is an other tavern called 'Giorgos'. Distance from the house is 2 Km.
Stafilos beach is a must on the island. Prince Stafilos the first settler arrived 2000 years ago. On the eastern side of the beach are the ruins of his tomb.
The beach has exotic beauty and the sea is deep blue. There is a tavern and a canteen.
Moving to north side we find another beach called Velanio.
Here the natural beauty is unique in the blue sea and the fragrant green pine.
The sea is clean clear and shiny. Challenge you to dive in and cool off on hot summer days.
The beaches Stafilos and Velanio are well known to visitors.
In the surrounding area there are 2 other tavernas - restaurants.
The transport is by bus or car. It is an ideal place for fishing.
Natural colors and tranquility will be unforgettable.
There is a bus stop 50 meters of the farm and ample parking space.

In the area around the house you can walk with safety in paths enjoying the nature and be able to experience the countryside observing many cottages and small churches which is something special about our island.

From the house you can drive to Agnontas beach 4 Km. Limnonari beach, 5Km. Panormos beach, 13 Km, Milia beach 14 Km, Kastani beach (Mammamia movie) 15 Km.
You can visit monasteries 10 Km and the old castle on top of Skopelos town. In town there are two museums with exhibits of the history and culture of the island.

Summary: A lovely property in a peaceful location. Over 200m from the closest road (which isn’t busy) and yet within 2km of both Skopelos Town and Stafilos Beach. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean and changed every 5 days. There were a few lights that didn’t work but as soon as we notified Kostas he arranged for new lamps to be installed by the pool maintenance guy. I would stay here again because of its location and tranquility. Thank you Kostas and Eva!

Summary: Kostas was a sweet, kind and generous man who welcomed us for our lovely stay at this traditional villa! The pool was warm and a lovely treat for cooling down x the setting and surrounding area was just what we needed a private escape. Supermarkets are close by few mins, and 5 mins to skopelos town. A lovely forest island that was very beautiful. The beaches we visited were pebbley but we often preferred being at the villa. Thank you Kostas :)

Summary: My wife and i had a fantastic stay at Agravlis villa/house, it was exactly what we were after peace and quiet with just the wildlife within earshot, the house was clean and tidy with everthing we would need for a great week together, supermarket and restaurants witin a slow 15 minute walk and Skopelos town within 30 mins slow stroll. Kostas was a fantastic host picking us up from the port of Skopelos and driving us to Glossa for the return water taxi taking 2 hours out of his day to make our day go with less worry. We will be looking to return as we enjoyed it so much, thankyou Kostas.

Summary: all four of us had a fantastic stay at kostas house. the kids loved the pool and enjoyed playing in it. As parents, we couldn't ask for more. The house was amazing and the surroundings were beautiful. Condensed quality. if you can stand the heat, there are good running routes in the area.

Summary: Excellent house; excellent equipment (including very reliable WiFi). A five-minute ride to petrol station, supermarkets and Skopelos town. Even closer to a wonderful tavern nearby. One of the best houses we have tried. We recommend it without any doubt. Extremely kind and helpful owner.

Summary: Great location, with only the sound of birds and crickets for company yet only a short drive from Skopelos town. It was great to be able to chill out by the pool either before or after a trip to some of the great beaches nearby. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a great weeks stay. Kostas was very easy to communicate with and met us in by the port when we arrived on the last ferry of the evening. Great place!

Summary: It was hard to leave the little quiet paradise, where you sit in the shade on the terras with mountain view and whenever you want you could plunge in your private pool! Everything you need is in the house, with Some welcoming products. Kostas is a good and friendly host. Greek atmosphere at its best!
