On the main floor you'll enjoy a bright entrance hall, kitchen with dining area fitted kitchen and access to the furnished terrace for al fresco dining. A split level Living room with sofa and TV, from which you can also access the pool. Dining area
Also on the same floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath, living room with spectacular beach views of Cala Mesquida and access to the porch. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, both with double bed, bathroom and access to the terrace. One with TV. Outside 2m x 25m2 pool surrounded by sun terrace with 8 beds and a shower room. Terrace with garden furniture. Portable barbecue.
This beautiful house is equipped with fireplace and airconditioning, equipped with internet access, 3 TVs. Cala Mesquida beach is about 300 meters.
The price does include 300kw electricity costs. The counter will be read on check in day and check out day. Extra electricity consumption will be charged with 0.30€/kw

Summary: As mentioned in other reviews, the pictures don't do the house justice: it's really spacious and perfectly located. The swimming pool is great. Huge king bed in the master bedroom. 10-12 min walk to the beach. Two small supermarkets for food and drinks (or a 10 min drive to a large one). Several hikes starting from the resort, including to other beaches. We had a great week!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay. The highlight was most definitely the spectacular view out to sea and across to the bay at Cala Mesquida. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking to the neighbouring beaches with our two children. A stunning location. We were fortunate that there was nobody staying in the villa next door as we enjoyed having breakfast out on the barbecue terrace which would otherwise have been very close. The villa itself has everything you need. Things like the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets could definitely do with an update to make this place really special. The only main thing we would change however would be the drains smell in the upstairs bathroom within the main bedroom which was the only unpleasant thing. A spectacularly located villa with stunning and peaceful towns nearby well worth visiting for their serene plazas, castles and markets. Went to the Eroski supermarket just a 7 minute drive away most days to collect delicious produce. We loved the area and its tranquility.

Summary: Very nice villa in a fantastic position - the view of the sea is amazing with an easy walk to the beach. The immediate area is resort-like, but Arta and Capdepera are very nice Spanish villages to visit with nice restaurants and shops. The two shops in Calla Mesquida are very basic, so a car is needed.
