Positive: Absolutely gorgeous beach nearby with a hiking trail, hills, pine forest and dunes. The kids entertainment is good. Pool with a “wet bubble” was an absolute hit! The kitchen in the main restaurant is amazing.

Negative: The room on the ground floor was a bit humid with an odd damp smell. Avoid the rooms opposite the pool bar as the kitchen odours of fried food will haunt you.

Positive: Wonderful location on a stunning beach, clean rooms, amazing kids club staff who were so friendly and attentive, fun pools, and great breakfast buffet.

Negative: With the exception of the breakfast buffet, we felt that the food on site was not great. The dinner buffet was overall okay, but cost €75 for a family of 4. The Italian restaurant on site, Bella Vita, was terrible. Staff was nice, but the food was very basic and bland - comparable to what you would get from a kids club menu. The pool snack bar was just okay.

Positive: Gorgeous bay and hills. We booked an apartment with sea view and it was all worth it. The hotel also upgraded our apartment to one with a roof terrace - truly wonderful. Nice hiking trails in the hills. Heated pools were nice as we visited in April. Lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery. If you come by car, there are nice cafes in nearby Cala Rajada.

Positive: It was our first staying at this hotel, and we found the location and facilities very good, a great sandy beach; no disappointment. The staff are professional. The reception team made sure our check-in was quick to get the meal in the evening. Special thanks for Jakob at the reception. Carla's massage was super! The accommodation and restaurants' staff are efficient, quick and friendly. It was an enjoyable time for our family with two small kids, and we are planning to come back next season.

Negative: We did not have any bad experiencel🙂 We needed help with late arrival and late check-out, the code for the room safe, and a small improvement in our bathroom. In all cases, the staff timely helped us.
