Positive: Wonderful location on a stunning beach, clean rooms, amazing kids club staff who were so friendly and attentive, fun pools, and great breakfast buffet.

Negative: With the exception of the breakfast buffet, we felt that the food on site was not great. The dinner buffet was overall okay, but cost €75 for a family of 4. The Italian restaurant on site, Bella Vita, was terrible. Staff was nice, but the food was very basic and bland - comparable to what you would get from a kids club menu. The pool snack bar was just okay.

Positive: Gorgeous bay and hills. We booked an apartment with sea view and it was all worth it. The hotel also upgraded our apartment to one with a roof terrace - truly wonderful. Nice hiking trails in the hills. Heated pools were nice as we visited in April. Lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery. If you come by car, there are nice cafes in nearby Cala Rajada.

Positive: It was our first staying at this hotel, and we found the location and facilities very good, a great sandy beach; no disappointment. The staff are professional. The reception team made sure our check-in was quick to get the meal in the evening. Special thanks for Jakob at the reception. Carla's massage was super! The accommodation and restaurants' staff are efficient, quick and friendly. It was an enjoyable time for our family with two small kids, and we are planning to come back next season.

Negative: We did not have any bad experiencel🙂 We needed help with late arrival and late check-out, the code for the room safe, and a small improvement in our bathroom. In all cases, the staff timely helped us.

Positive: Absolutely amazing location, the resort has many facilities, beautiful pools, good entertainment quality at evenings, amazing all inclusive, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff (entertainment, pool, restaurants, cleaning ladies) really nice and helpful.

Negative: The food could be better, it was a bit repetitive.

Summary: Excellent price vs quality, the location is breathtaking!

Positive: Great facilities for children, my 6 and 8 year old loved the resort. Pools were fab. Seaview apartment was lovely, everything you need, housekeeping changed towels and cleaned up everyday. Very comfy beds! All staff exceptionally polite. I was worried about booking here, as some reviews were a bit off, but I have very high standards and was very happy. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay in future.

Negative: To be expected, but the other guests were often loud into the evenings, soundproofing a little poor on the windows and doors.

Positive: The location close to the beach is great, the rooms are clean and the water pressure is outstanding. Bread was great.

Negative: For me the water quality in the pools was questionable. You could see a film on top and the water was never clear but milky. Didn’t want my kids to get their head under water in any way. There was a lot of choice when it comes to the food on the buffet but the quality of the ingredients was questionable for large parts - except for the bread. Shockingly the food in for example the Italian restaurant wasn’t better. The food seemed not to be freshly made.

Summary: Kids loved it, as there’s a lot to do for them, but for the adults it wasn’t great.
