This beautiful family house with typical modern architecture is situated in little village of Bisko, in magnificent Dalmatian hinterland. And it is only 20 km away from Split, main city of Dalmatia. Also, the house is only 4 km away from a small town Trilj where you can find restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets. In area where is the house you have small market Toni (1 min with car).
The house position is ideal because the Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches is only fifteen minutes drive, together with dalmatian cultural, shopping and entertainment centre - Split.
But if you prefer to avoiding crowded public areas of the big city, you can enjoy the culture and convenience of the little picturesque town of Trilj, which offers many traditional events, lovely promenade by the river Cetina and is situated only 2 km away.
The mansion is surrounded by a huge garden with oak-trees, linden-trees, cypresses and a terrace full of many Mediterranean plants, where one can enjoy pleasant stay outside.

Summary: A beautiful house and a pool & terrace to die for! We felt really chilled here (despite the heat) & Anna was a perfect host. Great base for visiting Split and Cetina river activities. And did I already say the pool is amazing!

Summary: This lovely villa will not disappoint. It sits in its own large plot filled with trees and herbs, the smell of fresh lavender and rosemary greet you every time you step out. The rooms are exactly as the photos show with the added advantage of a laundry room with limitless linen and towels and a washer and dryer if you don’t feel like bringing an outfit for every occasion. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking any range of meals. Outside the swimming pool has sun all day and is 12 metres long!!! Perfect for swimming lengths or bobbing on an inflatable. The area has so many activities: history, nature, hikes, sailing, canoeing and the clear blue Adriatic Sea. Split itself is 20 minutes away and the road network from the house will take you beyond in no time and no fuss. Finally the host is amazing. Andelka will meet you and give you a tour of all the facilities. She left us a welcome pack of essentials and antipasto and, never intrusive, she was a message away with her suggestions of places to go. Please do not ignore her restaurant suggestions if you want to eat at great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Summary: My friends and I had a wonderful experience with this property Our expectations were high and we found even better than what we were expecting: + Huge, full-featured and very clean house, outside area and swimming pool + Beautiful barbecue spot, lunch/dinner area near the swimming pool and easy-to-use equipment + Flexible check-in / check-out Special thanks to Ana who was available before and during our stay with no response time, advised us on a daily basis about activities to do in and around Split, and even welcomed us with gifts!

Summary: The villa is in a quiet, rural, village location (which was perfect for us) so you do need a car to get around but the roads are very good and it is easy to find your way around. It is about a 20 min drive to Split and we found it to be a perfect base for exploring Dalmatia. The villa itself was lovely, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The pool and garden are great. There is a local supermarket which is well stocked with everyday essentials and delicious fresh bread/baguettes on a daily basis. However, for us, the stand out feature of this villa is Anna and Andelka - we have stayed in many villas abroad and in the UK but their hospitality was on a different level. Responses to our initial enquiries were prompt and helpful and all through the booking process nothing was too much trouble. Their warm and friendly welcome was much appreciated and they were available all through our stay for help and advice. Genuinely amazing people and the world would be a better place if there were more like Anna and Andelka on it! This was our first visit to Croatia but we will definitely be back!

Summary: What an amazing holiday staying in this beautiful villa. The property far exceeded our expectations, but the wonderful reception we had from Andelka and Anna was just lovely. The villa was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. It had a very homely feel to it and the owners were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Split region. The customer service was what made it extra special. Lovely, lovely people.

Summary: We (2 adults and 3 kids) had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equiped, even sometimes better than our own house and of course very clean !! The owners are very friendly and helpful and have made everything possible for a very nice stay. The pool is really nice in a quiet garden. The area is very calm.The house is about 20' from Split and it's convenient to acceed all beaches and sea places. Given the crowded areas on the coast, it's an advantage to stay in the country, which is more relaxing ...We have visited many nice places from there. We had a wonderful stay and could recommand the house to anyone ! Many many thanks to Anna and her mother for her friendship, welcome and trust !

Summary: This is a lovely villa in a quiet village about 15-20 mins drive from Split. The villa certainly exceeded our expectations. It is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable with good quality modern facilities. In addition, it offers beautiful views of the mountains from the front two bedroom windows. The owners were truly welcoming and went out of their way to help us settle into Croatia and suggest places to visit. The only sounds to be heard in this quiet village are the church bells from across the road. As they chime every half hour we actually found them useful when out by the pool! Other than that you are in complete peace and quiet. Due to its location a car is essential. All in all we would certainly recommend this villa.
