Perfect for groups of 8 people, this private holiday villa near Trogir, offers mesmerizing views of the sea and the islands. Here you can enjoy excellent location within walking distance to the beach and within a short drive to restaurants, city and with plenty of sights in the nearby area
Villa Adria View II offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a vivid-colored living area.
There is an outdoor summer kitchen with grill facilities and an alfresco dining area.
The pool terrace is fitted with sun loungers and a coffee table corner. The pool comes with a heating option included, which is very convenient in the preseason and in the postseason.
This holiday villa stretches over two floors and has 193 square meters of living space. The surface of the estate is 400 square meters.
All 4 bedrooms come with a king-size bed and an independent air-conditioning unit. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and it has direct access to the pool terrace. Summary: Hi this is a lovely, spacious villa with a fantastic view!! It is very well located for trips to Split and the spectacular Krka waterfalls - if you have a car. The only thing i minded was the stairs leading to the house.
